In brief, we secure a Domain Name that uniquely identifies your business, determine your web requirements, design and develop the website and setup email accounts. After the signing of a rental agreement we launch your website onto the Internet. You choose the length of the rental and we do the rest!

Now, in detail, here's what we do for you...

1. Secure a unique Domain Name
   In consultation with you, we find and register, on your behalf, a Domain Name that uniquely matches your business name. Sometimes the domain name you'd like may not be available, whether it be due to Domain Name naming rules or simply because the name has already been taken. Now, you may be thinking "how can my name be taken?". Well consider this, our company name is Edgetech. However we had to opt for a domain name of Edge-Tech as another organisation, perhaps named Edge Turf & Lawn Technologies, registered the name, that perfectly matched our company name, first.
   
   If your first choice for a Domain Name is not available we work with you to secure the next best available name.
   
   
2. Identify a package that suites your needs
   A website needs to fit now and grow with you over the years. Your needs today will almost certainly differ to your needs in the future. Today, you may only need a focal point to tell the world what you do and how to contact you, while tomorrow you may require the website for the purpose of online purchasing. To this end we have designed 3 packages to choose from that will start you on your way. In addtion to the packages is our custom design service in which we can build a purpose built website now or in the future.
   
   Our 3 packages/plans are; Bronze, Silver and Platinum.
   
   The basic package, Bronze, provides a Brochure style website detailing who you are, what you do and how you can be contacted. It includes your own domain name, upto 10 email addresses (unlimited Alias email addresses) and upto 8 webpages all linked/accessable from the home page and a hit counter.
   
   The Silver package is suitable for those businesses that wish to showcase their products and options available to their customers. It includes all features of the Bronze package plus upto 20 Email addresses and upto 15 webpages, again all linke/accessable from the main home page.
   
   The Platinum package is more suitable for the businesses that wishes to not only showcase their products and options available to their customers but to also use the website as the focal point of prices and specials. It includes all the features of the Silver package plus upto 40 Email addresses, upto 25 webpages. In addition, this package provides online maintenance of a database containing information displayed throughout the website.

3. Design & Develop Your Website
   Over the years we have developed a reasonable number of webpages, from the basic to the more sophisticated. Our initial consultation will flesh out roughly how your website will look, and then using templates developed from past projects, we put together a demonstration of your website for your approval.
   
   Please note, the cost of designing or replicating your logo into a suitable form for usage on a website is not included.
   
   
4. Setup Email Accounts for you and your staff
   Regardless which package/option you choose, we setup and maintain Email boxes free of charge. As part of the service we will add, modify and/or delete email addresses for the life of the rental. In addtion we will also maintain email alias' and to whom they are redirected to, again free of charge for the life of the rental.
   
   A simply email or fax detailing the request and it would usually be applied within 24 hours.
   
   
5. Organise Hosting of your website
   Your website and all of the associated programs, pictures, database, etc must reside on a computer linked to the internet, which is commonly known as a Host. We organise hosting of your website for the period of the rental agreement all inclusive of the weekly rental.
   
   
6. Launch/employ the website onto the World Wide Web
   All development of your website is done off-line. After all up-front fees have been paid and we've secured a Domain Name on your behalf, we setup the 'Comming Soon' message on your site along with details on how to contact you while your website is being developed.
   
   Then, on an mutually agreed date, we remove the 'Coming Soon' message and go live with your website.
   
   
7. Maintain the Website
   
After 'Go Live' day we monitor your website daily to ensure minimal down time. As part of your rental fee we also make minor detail corrections such as change of address, phone numbers, staff names, etc.
